They say things happen in 3's

I had a call from my daughter's schoo to say she was feeling unwell, said my excuses at work (under recoup plan following foot op) went to school, picked my daughter up - she had had a normal no 2 and was her happy self!!! I thought if I take her back to school they might not be happy! So she had lunch and said a few times she was bored! RollEyes

I made a decision to take her to gymnastics......WRONG, should of stayed home.
On the way there a pheasant walked into my carScared luckily there wasn't a car coming on the other side of the straight road, so I moved over thinking I wouldn't knock the road runner overScared but he gained speed and contact was madeScared it was a main road with cars behind me and nowhere to safely stop. When I got to grymnastics to had a look at my price and joy, my black plastic casing snapped off fog spotlight.

Rang his royal high and mighty at work....he dismissed me, sent photo as well! His colleague convinced my husband to buy plastic casing on ebay (my 3 year old pride and joy)RollEyes
He checked my car when he returned from work.....came in and said your bumper is cracked as well!!!!!!!! ThumbDown RollEyes Scared

So here I am wondering if I should get out of bed!!!

Wot a day yesterday.

Definately stay in bed!

The big poo thing made me laugh, bet that's an interesting story for show and tell!
Ha haha!

The bumped car is a pain- what is it with death wish pheasants? They're hell bent on being run over and if you miss them first time, they reappear from the hedgerow for another go!
You must have got an armour plated one to whop your car with such purpose!

I've got my country drive today across to Heyshott and if I have any suspect looking pheasants ahead I shall wind the window down and yell JANE and they'll be terrified

Hoping for a better day :)

Razz silly me!!!RollEyes

I forgot my tablets at breakfast, had them before I rushed out....decided to leave pain killers & anti inflamitory. Thought be okay to have later.
Drove to supermarket got towards the end of the endless isles and pain struck big time!!!

Had a natter with a 91 year old man, he was lying down on the floor getting muffins at the back of the bottom shelf, I said let me help you! He said no dear, I'm active and can do things! I said that is amazing and I'm so pleased for him. The elderly man wife said he's a fool for throwing himself on the floor for food!

Made me smile at the man's positive outlook.
I'm home now for lunch and painkillers.

The things we do !LOL

Jane, you do post some funny things.

Pity you didn't get more of an impact with the pheasant..........road kill for Christmas Dinner!

The old man lying on the floor getting his shopping, glad he can get up off the floor. Shouldn't really say this..........but do you think it was an excuse to look up ladies skirts????????LOL

LOL LOL LOL Hi Paula

Ooooohhhhh I forgot the pheasant! I knew I forgot something!
My husband ordered a new plastic fog light cover (off ebay) and it hasn't arrived yet. So annoying it turns out to have a small crack on the front bumper as well.ThumbDown

The old man bless him, he would of seen nowt up my skirt because I've got the extra warm thick m & s tights on!!!! LOL
Just amazing an elderly person so young, quick and can get down on the floor but I cantSad proves ra prevents us doing some things!
My grandad used to get on the floor to do press ups & push ups right up to when he died - he had a positive attitude from his army days, my nan used to say your making a fool out of yourself!!!LOL

I do have a smile when I pull up at disabled because I get looks of she shouldn't park here, then I get out and shuffle along with my stick and I get waved at like I belong to a special club!Smile

Got to go out in the cold to do the school run so will have to find a warm hat out as well, do I go for rabbit wolley, pink pom poms like zig'n'zag from ch4 breakfast back in the 1990's or plain black...shall crawl upstairs to find one!

Some people think you must be over a sixty, have a blue rinse and be a paid up member of the Derby and Joan to be allowed to park in a disabled bay.LOL
